Important Announcement from K9 Kanteen
After 26 years of serving pets and their families, we have made the difficult decision to cease K9 Kanteen operations effective September 30, 2026.
This has not been an easy decision.
Particularly since we took over the business during COVID, we have been proud to provide high-quality, nutritious pet food and supplies at affordable prices, delivered directly to your door. However, rising fuel costs, delivery surcharges from distributors, new trade tariffs, and the growing challenges faced by small family-owned businesses competing with multinational big-box retailers have made it impossible to continue operating sustainably while maintaining our quality and personal service.

Most importantly, we want to thank you—our loyal customers—for many wonderful years. Your trust, support, and loyalty have meant more to us than words can say. It has been an absolute privilege to help care for your furry family members.
Delivery Information:
Subscription Orders: All recurring subscription orders scheduled after September 15 are cancelled.
Final On-line Orders: Most products on our website have been discounted for final clearance. Online orders will be accepted on our website until 5 p.m. on September 28, 2026 (while supplies last). Items that sell out will not be replenished.
Final Deliveries: will be completed on Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
Official Closure: K9 Kanteen will officially cease operations on September 30, 2026.
