U.S. SHIPPING REMAINS PAUSED
Tariffs aren’t new. The scale is.

Before the latest changes, we were already collecting a 10% tariff on U.S. orders. Under the current structure, the combined duties and cross-border fees can push the final delivered cost far beyond what we believe is reasonable—and out of proportion to the value of the order itself.

We could reopen U.S. checkout, but doing so would mean accepting orders without being able to guarantee what our customers will ultimately pay.

That isn’t how we want to do business.

U.S. shipping will remain paused while we work toward a compliant, transparent solution with fair and predictable costs.

We appreciate the patience of our U.S. customers and will reopen shipping as soon as we can do it properly.
