We are dedicated to producing the distinctive, small batch, hand-crafted cheeses, that today's connoisseurs crave. Our Artisan and Specialty cheeses are made from only the purest ingredients, naturally aged to perfection under the supervision of our Master Cheese Maker. Our passion and expertise join together to create unique Artisan and Specialty Cheeses that rival the taste and quality of the pr

oducts made by our international counterparts. Our Master Cheese Maker has 35 years of experience in creating a wide variety of cheeses. His experience and talents come together at our local cheese house to craft a variety of traditional as well as new innovative cheeses for the Canadian marketplace. We are located in the Ottawa Valley. This region was well-renowned for its rich history of cheese making. Over 150 years ago European farmers settled in this area establishing numerous dairy farms equipped with excellent land for grazing. These farmers implemented the traditions and cheese making techniques brought over from the old country. The cheeses produced in this region were internationally renowned and produced in great quantities. Today, most of these cheese facilities are gone. However, there is now a renewed interest in small scale artisan and specialty quality cheese making. At Artisan Cheese Masters Inc. we combine the best of both worlds by utilizing the pure local milk supplied from the Ottawa Valley and an experienced Cheese Maker with over 35 years of experience.
