Dress pants are one of those wardrobe staples I really think are worth investing in. 🤎
They’re SO versatile — wear them to the office, dress them down with a tee and sneakers, or add a knit and loafers for an easy everyday look.
I tried on 3 different pairs from Aritzia to see how they compare and which ones are actually worth adding to your closet.
Because a great pair of pants shouldn’t just be for work — you should be able to wear them over and over again.

When the menopause bloat is bloating… 😅 I still want to feel stylish — just without anything squeezing, digging in or making me uncomfortable.
These are the kinds of outfits I reach for when my stomach is having one of those days. 🤎 A little structure, comfortable waistlines and pieces that skim rather than cling can make such a difference in how I feel getting dressed.
Because our bodies can change from day to day — and we still deserve to feel good in our clothes. 🤍

A little something different today… 🤍
If you’re new here, hi! I’m Jen. And if you’ve been here for a while, you probably know me for the outfits, try-ons and my slight Aritzia obsession 😂 — but there’s a lot that happened before M&D Shopping.
At 50, I’m in a completely different career than the one I spent 25+ years building. I’m navigating menopause, learning to dress a changing body, running a business I once only hoped this page could become, and getting to do part of it alongside my daughter. 🤍
I definitely don’t have it all figured out. I still overthink, compare myself and have days where I question what I’m doing.
But I’m really glad I took the chance to start something new.
So here’s a little more about me… beyond the outfits. 🥰

One a little dressier and perfect for work, one easy + casual for everyday, and one for those cooler fall days that can easily be dressed up or down.

A strapless bra that’s actually comfortable AND stays up?! 🙌🏻 Yes, it exists!
The Wacoal Red Carpet Strapless Bra has been my go-to for years. It’s comfortable, fits TTS and most importantly… it actually stays up! No constantly pulling it up all day. 👏🏻
And if you’re a larger cup size, don’t skip this one! My sister is a larger cup size and absolutely loves it too — it gives such great support.
I also love the Wacoal Halo Lace Strapless Bra. This one is unlined, so it’s a great option if you prefer something lighter and less padded, while still getting the support of a strapless bra. I find this one TTS as well.
Two strapless bras I reach for and would happily recommend. 🤍
