We wanted to take a moment to first thank everyone who took part in our sale this past weekend. We executed a rather aggressive sale and it was successful. That being said, there were some rumors, particularly over reddit that the store was permanently closing yesterday.
To clear the air a bit on the matter, we aren't permanently closing. The post covid landscape has made some parts of running the shop challenging, particularly in its current location but we have been coping to the best of our abilities. We are looking at some restructuring options moving forward. Any other official announcements would and will be made through our social media platforms/website. The shop has experienced many adversities in its 40 years of operation yet it has stood firm. We are hopeful and confident there are more years of serving Ottawa music and movie fans still to come. We are still running a sale (25% off) for the rest of this week so pop on by.
