Embracing change is to accept you can’t control everything. It means to be open to suggestions, opportunities, support, and new ideas!

Ask yourself: 🤔
How open am I to new ideas?
Is it easy for me to adjust my schedule?
Do I accept help when it is offered, even if I don't need it?
Do I easily adapt when wrenches are thrown in plans?

As frightening as it is, embracing change is key to your growth as an individual. highly affects your overall success and happiness, too. It even defines the circles you keep and the elevation of your career, family life, and the Self.

As discussed in our last Harmonizing session today, accepting help, even when we don't need it, leads to collaboration, mentorship, and social interaction, amongst other positives!

Closing yourself to such a beautiful opportunity for connection robs you of so much.

In magic, a Poppet is a doll made to represent a person, for casting spells. (For the self or someone else!)

I'm still working on finishing the yarn Poppet, which isn't too common. Mostly, I see straw or cloth. I think it's because yarn is more troublesome to work with 😅
