Kiwanis Club ‘Wrap Up’ Donation to Chapman House
Owen Sound – A twenty-five-hundred-dollar donation was presented today to Chapman House by the Kiwanis Club of Owen Sound. The money was raised from donations received at a Christmas gift wrapping booth set up at Heritage Place. This contribution will help update and enhance the children's room at Grey Bruce Hospice, providing activities and experiences for children during their stay at Chapman House or while visiting a loved one.
This is the third year for the donation by the Kiwanis from a Christmas gift wrapping booth, bringing the total contribution to eight thousand dollars.
Thanks go out to Kiwanis members and supporters, including North Kemble Women’s Institute, who gave their time working at the booth and to the many who brought gifts to be wrapped.
