Spotted this art on a walk on the rail trail earlier this week and couldn't help but laugh at this "yeast" in the wild. Just like this yeast, we only use the wild yeast of sourdough. No commercial yeast coming through our doors.

- rosemary/garlic sourdough
- lemon/garlic/thyme butter focaccia
- everything wonderful sourdough buns (sesame/poppy seed/cream cheese/cheddar/green onion/garlic)
Saturday:
- Traditional white sourdough
- four grain multigrain sourdough
- dill/onion sourdough
- rosemary/olive oil/flaked sea salt focaccia
- garlic/herb/butter focaccia
