Today’s card was created for a fellow paper crafter whose birthday is in the Spring. I wanted to use Spring like colors with a simple message. The Two-Tone Foral stamp set and dies were perfect for what I was looking for. That combined with 6 different ink colors (Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo, Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather and Soft Sea Foam) have achieved my goal. I hope the recipient likes their card.

Today’s card brought two of my passions together …. paper crafting and quilting. I was inspired to make this card from a fellow Stampin’Up! Demonstrator, Mandy VanHavermaet. The design is called Quilted Woven Star. I used paper from the Inked Botanical designer series paper. The sentiment is from the Something Fancy Stamp set. Colors used on this card were Lost Lagoon and Pool Party. I look forward to using this design again using up some of my designer series paper scraps.

The other colors on this card are Wild Wheat & Old Olive. Cheerful Daisies was the stamp set I used. Again this week I used the Split 4 stamping technique.

Today’s card was inspired by Patti, another Stampin’Up! Demonstrator. It is a great layout and is very versatile. For this card I used the Inked Botanicals designer series paper as well as Lost Lagoon and Calypso Coral cardstock and Lost Lagoon ribbon and ink. I wanted to add some depth to the background so I embossed the Calypso Coral cardstock with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder.

I was inspired to create this card after seeing a very similar card on Pinterest that was created by Kris McIntosh, a Stampin’Up! Demonstrator in Australia. For this card I followed Kris’ color scheme of Sweet Sorbet and Parakeet Party. I changed up the embossing folder to use the Softly Sophisticated 3D Embossing Folder.
