💰 Hassle-Free Consignment: Have high-value items? Drop them off and I’ll handle the cleaning, staging, photography, listing, and messaging with Marketplace buyers. I take a 60% cut for the work, and you get 40% of the cold hard cash! (Ideally for items valued at $80+).
♻️ Free Eco-Friendly Donations: Have cool items with life left that you just want gone? Donate them to me and save yourself a trip (and fees) to the dump.
🔍 In-Home "Selling Consultations": Overwhelmed by a packed garage, basement, hoard, or estate? I offer local, on-site consulting by appointment to sort through your items and tell you what's actually worth money.

1. No Surprise Drop-Offs: To keep my property tidy, you must send me photos first.
2. Fast Pricing: I can price your items directly from your photos and tell you right away if they are worth bringing over!
