🌱 Delicious and nutritious. Here’s what’s edible in nasturtiums. EVERYTHING: leafs, seeds, stems and flowers.

Nasturtium leafs, steams and seeds bring a fresh, peppery kick that’s similar to arugula, while the vibrant flowers add a beautiful pop of colour. Blend them with garlic, Parmesan, nuts (pine nuts, walnuts, or almonds), olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon for a delicious twist on classic pesto.

🌸 July Garden Tip: Deadhead Now for More Blooms! ✂️
July is the perfect time to give your garden a little mid-season refresh.
By removing spent flowers (called deadheading) and lightly cutting back certain perennials, you’re helping your plants put their energy into producing fresh blooms instead of making seeds.
Some perennials that often benefit from deadheading include:�🌼 Shasta daisies�💜 Salvia�🌸 Coreopsis�🌺 Blanket flower (Gaillardia)�💗 Yarrow
