End of season report :
Thank you so much to my customers, its been amazing getting to meet so many fisher families in this area. Im still getting emails for packages to be sent off.. which is great, im happy people enjoy my spinners as much as I do. And thank you The Pembroke Farmers' Market team for all the hard work. PfM has achieved so much recognition through the storms of today's challenges. Thank you Mel for carrying the place. No one could have done it without you.
For myself, there will be changes next year. I am going to travel more, and check out new markets.
Theres so many events I have not attended, and more experiences awaiting my business. So I wont be in the same place all the time. I am still in town, and im just a message away if you need anything.
I will be shifting into online sales, as I have seen greater interest online. Ice fishing is very niche, and its found all over the world, making it easy to connect to similar people and customers. I have a passion for creating my vertical jigs, although I make less money per hour making them, I do not care. It is my absolute joy to wake up, smash some coffee and create new designs to share. It saddens me to step away from PFM, however life mutates as fast as the weather, I must take advantage of opertunities elsewhere. No worries, its in great hands. And undoubtedly will continue to serve the community well.
This winter I will be working hard on new designs, photography with my brother, and investing in greater online awareness. Yes, I will have to pay facebook to love me lol UGh gross. I cant wait to get back on the ice, sit with nature and test my patience with knowledge.
