We have recently become aware of reports that an individual has been going to people's homes, falsely claiming to be an employee of Hock Stars, and demanding payment for items.
We want to make it absolutely clear that Hock Stars will NEVER:
❌ Send employees to your home to collect payments or discuss your account.
❌ Contact customers outside of our regular business hours.
If we need to reach you, we will ONLY contact you:
✅ From one of our official store phone numbers, which will display our store name on caller ID.
✅ From an official Hock Stars email address, only if we are unable to reach you by phone and cannot leave a voicemail.
If someone contacts you claiming to be from Hock Stars in any other way, or comes to your home claiming to represent us, DO NOT provide any money or personal information. If anyone approaches you outside one of our store locations claiming to be part of the Hock Stars team, please CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POLICE IMMEDIATELY.
If you are ever unsure whether a communication from Hock Stars is legitimate, please hang up and call your local Hock Stars store directly using the phone number listed on our website or Google Business Profile.
