Whatever you call the men in your life, June is all about celebrating them and supporting their health.
It’s Men’s Health Month, so let’s kick off their month with a quick wellness checklist!
✅ Get at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity each week (think walks, bike rides, weight lifting, etc)
✅ Get screened for prostate cancer (if you’re over 50)
✅ Schedule regular checkups (yes, this includes routine physicals!)
✅ Talk to your friends or family about your mental health (or open up to a healthcare professional)
Men, take this month to focus on your health and well-being.
Everyone else, spend some time celebrating the men in your life, offering support, and recognizing their efforts.
