Perth Chocolate Works is family owned and run artisan chocolatier kitchen and chocolate retail store operating from our new location in the beautiful historic Code’s Mill building at 17 Wilson Street East in Perth, Ontario. All of our chocolates are made from the highest quality ingredients - locally sourced when possible - in small batches in our on-site kitchen. It brings us joy, whether it is e

This is our Strawberry Cream. A cream cooked in our kettle to make the base. Strawberry puree, freeze dried strawberries, and Valrhona strawberry chocolate to create that vibrant colour and punch of strawberry flavour.
We always have our viewing window open located onsite of our retail store.
