Labour Day Weekend Hours 🤎

To be honest, it hurts a little to say that we’ll be closing for the long weekend.

As a small business, we know that a beautiful long weekend + students returning to town can mean a lot of potential revenue and closing means missing out on a pretty big chunk of it.

But we’re also learning that in order for our little shop to be successful, we need to take care of the people behind it, too.

Sometimes that means stepping away. Putting the notifications on mute. Not answering messages. Not worrying about what’s happening at the shop. And most importantly, spending some much-needed, uninterrupted time with our families. ❤️

So, we’ll be closing early today at 4 PM and will be back open Tuesday.

We’re choosing to fill our love cups this weekend and we plan to come back recharged, refueled, and with our love cups overflowing. 🥹🤎

Thank you, always, for understanding and supporting a small business that is run by real people who need a little rest, too.

☀️ New Summer Hours ☀️

Yep, we’re closing a little earlier this summer!

It might seem a little backwards since summer is usually the busiest time, but we’re choosing to trade a few business hours for something that’s even more important to us: time with our family.

Summer is such a short season, especially here. As a young family, we know these summers with our kids won’t last forever. Before we know it, they’ll be making plans of their own, and we don’t want to miss out on the little moments while we still can.

Running a small business is something we’re incredibly grateful for, but one of the biggest reasons we work so hard is to build a life that lets us spend time with the people we love. Sometimes that means making changes like closing a bit earlier so we can recharge, take care of our mental health, and make the most of these precious summer evenings.

Thank you, as always, for supporting our small business and understanding. Your support allows us to create a business that puts people, and family first.
