I've had a few questions recently about UPS collecting duties and taxes on U.S. orders, so I wanted to clear things up. 💙

When you place an order with B&B Craft Supplies, the shipping charge you pay at checkout covers shipping only.

If your package is selected by U.S. Customs, UPS may collect:
• Import duties
• State or local taxes
• Brokerage/processing fees

These charges are set by U.S. Customs and UPS, not by B&B Craft Supplies, and we don't receive any portion of these fees or have any control over when they're charged.
🇺🇸 Please keep this in mind when ordering from Canada.

While many orders arrive without additional charges, customs fees can be assessed at the discretion of border officials.

Our Shipping Policy has always stated that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, but I wanted to post this as a friendly reminder to help avoid any surprises.
