closing out august quieter than i expected to — a trip, a market, a lot of settling back in. it didn’t feel like much was happening from the outside, but it was. that’s usually how the real stuff moves.

I’ve been away — Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI — and I came home slower than I left. Not because anything went wrong. Because I let it. That’s the whole point of this brand, and I forgot to practice it for a minute.
