It’s been a minute 🙈

Good morning thrifters!

We have a lot of new followers, so I thought I would update!

I’m Candace 👋

I’m a Pictou County native.

Living in rural PC, raising my three boys in a family homestead in Salt Springs. My husband and I raise turkeys, chickens and egg laying hens. We grow our own food, and I have a little side hustle baking goodies!

I started my two side hustles to be able to stay home with my children, and it’s worked well for me!

My husband is a commercial lobster fisherman, and our children are aged 4, 7 and 8.

We have three cats, a couple of goats, a flock of geese, ducks, and too many chickens and turkey to count.
