This order is mostly for some new toques I have planned! 🍂❄️⛷️🏂There’s something about planning new projects that makes adding yarn to the stash even more exciting… as if I needed an excuse. 😂

It’s time to start thinking about Christmas shopping, and I’ll be bringing all your favourite crochet goodies to a few local markets this November and December! 🧶❤️💚

Ever wonder how long it actually takes to crochet a toque? 🧶

I decided to put it to the test and time myself from start to finish… well, sort of. 😂

Between bathroom breaks, switching laundry, feeding the cats, and all the other little interruptions of everyday life, the stopwatch got paused more than a few times.

Final crochet time: approximately 2.5 hours. ⏱️

A little reminder that handmade really does take time, even when the yarn makes it look effortless. 🤎

There’s something pretty special about spending a night surrounded by local makers — catching up with familiar faces, discovering handmade treasures, eating snacks 🍫, and cheering each other on.

So grateful for the people who make these market days about so much more than just setting up a booth and selling my crochet. ✨
