A year ago, Cheeto was barely bigger than my crochet hook… 🥹🧶🐈

Fast forward to today and apparently his life mission is STILL stealing my crochet flowers. 😂

From attacking flowers as a tiny baby to casually helping himself to the finished flower container… some things never change. 🤦‍♀️

I guess I don’t make crochet flowers. I make Cheeto toys. 🌸😻

After five summers of filling my weekends with markets, a freak wind incident unfortunately left my tent beyond repair. 💨⛺️ While I do still have my old tent (and a very generous offer for another one ❤️), I’m choosing to take this as a sign to slow down, reorganize the absolute chaos that is my bins 😂, and take a little break from outdoor markets.

It feels strange to step back after being so go-go-go for so long, but I’m also really looking forward to doing some of the things I haven’t had much time for over the last five summers. ☀️

Paddle boarding. 🍦 Ice cream dates. 🌱 Gardening. 🚶‍♀️ Walks down to the creek to put my feet in the water. And maybe just enjoying a weekend without having to pack a million bins into the car. 😂

This isn’t goodbye forever… just a little pause. ❤️

And while I’m taking a breather from outdoor markets, I’ve still been busy behind the scenes working on something new… 👀✨

🎉🧡 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CHEETO! 🧡🎉

Today we’re celebrating this little orange menace turning ONE! 🥹🐈🎂

We don’t know Cheeto’s exact birthday because this sweet boy was rescued from an abandoned shed, so his actual birth date will always be a mystery. 🥺🧡 But since we think he was born around my birthday, I decided we might as well share the day — July 22! 🎂🎈

One whole year of Cheeto’s orange cat chaos, loud meows, kitten zoomies, troublemaking, snuggles, and somehow stealing the hearts of everyone around him. 🥹🧡

Happy 1st birthday to my little rescue baby! I’m so incredibly grateful you found your way into our lives. 🐾🧡 Here’s to many more years of being the cutest little menace! 😂
