One of those little moments that sticks with you. 🤎

I had the pleasure of doing the bride’s and her mom’s makeup this morning, and while I was packing up, I overheard one of the girls say..

“Everyone should’ve hired Ashley to do their makeup today.”

She wasn’t saying it to me. She didn’t even know I could hear her… and somehow, that made the compliment mean even more.

I’ve been doing makeup for a long time, but hearing something like that never gets old. Wedding mornings are a beautiful chaos and oh so special, and being trusted to be a small part of them is something I’ll never take for granted.

Just a little reminder from me!

I truly love hearing from you and helping you plan your appointments, however, I don’t receive social media notifications, which means Facebook and Instagram messages can sometimes sit unseen.

I also generally step away from business messages on weekends. Between weddings, dance, hockey and family time, our weekends tend to be wonderfully full, and I’m trying to be intentional about being present for those moments.

Femme Flair means so much to me, but so does being a wife and a mom. Having a little separation between the two helps me give you my full attention when you’re in my studio and my family my full attention when I’m with them.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and especially for continuing to choose and support my little business. It means more than you know.

I’ve adjusted my studio hours for the school year to give you more opportunities to book, including later evenings for those who can’t sneak away during the day.
