🥪 Our weekly gourmet grilled cheese is available at the lunch counter for walk-in service only, Wednesday through Saturday this week from 11am–2pm (Call ahead to have yours ready!)

This week’s Chef Meal is prepped and ready to go! 🥧

We’re serving up classic Shepherd’s Pie, with a hearty, savoury base topped with creamy mashed potatoes. Simply take it home, heat and serve for an easy, comforting dinner without the cooking or cleanup!

Sweet, juicy Ontario peaches and creamy, savoury cheese might not be the first combination that comes to mind, but trust us: it works.

Try them a few different ways:

🧀 Peaches + Burrata with fresh basil, olive oil and a pinch of flaky salt
🧀 Grilled Peaches + Goat Cheese finished with honey or balsamic glaze
🧀 Peaches + Brie layered onto crackers with prosciutto or your favourite preserve

Serve them as an appetizer, add them to a summer salad or simply build yourself a very delicious afternoon snack.

Peach season won’t last forever, so stop by The Cheese Wedge for the cheese and make the most of it while you can!
