We are very excited to announce a pre-order special for Bookstore Romance Day!

✨ On August 15th, all Romance, Romantasy, and YA titles available for pre-order on our website will be 25% off! ✨

This will be one day only for Bookstore Romance Day! All pre-order books must be prepaid for, either online or in-store, before 5 pm, and this promo cannot be stacked with our regular pre-order discount 😊

If there are titles you're looking for that are not on our website, please reach out to us via phone or email and we'll see if we can order it for you!

Hello all!

We're excited to announce the next event hosted here at Western Sky Books is an art workshop lead by "Connected Threads", our August Artists-in-Residence, Astrid Fox, Shafina Eddicott, and Pam Zenkawich!

The event is as follows (with word from our amazing artist trio)
"“Following The Marks” is a fun, one-hour creative workshop. Through simple movement, playful mark making, and guided prompts, you’ll discover how one line can lead to the next, creating unexpected patterns and connections along the way. Inspired by the themes of the Connected Threads exhibition, this hands-on experience encourages curiosity, imagination, and creative exploration while reflecting on how small moments – and small marks – can grow into something meaningful. The intention isn’t to create a finished artwork, but to slow down, notice the creative process, and explore new possibilities with curious eyes. Everyone will come away with small postcard size abstract pieces of art. No art experience is needed – just come ready to explore, create, and enjoy the journey together."

Tickets are $15 and are in limited supply, we can't wait to see you there!
