Official launch will not be happening in 2022, please see update below.

Update to all of you before the official news comes.
Updates and delays are quite challenging. The launch is reliant on the delivery of Aurora, the new robust online platform. The focus is now on transitioning the current markets, therefore The Body Shop takes the position that it will not launch in Canada in 2022.
They did fully intend to launch but have failed to meet the goal. There will not be any dates announced but an official letter is coming.
The approvals for Canada are all in place, but it is a business decision to transition all the markets before opening in any new markets and it’s taking much longer than they anticipated to complete this transition.
My love for The Body Shop will remain, and I’ll still be here, ready for when they launch and I hope you will be too.
Remember positive posts only, as negativity breeds negativity and this is not what this group is for.
I am just as disappointed as anyone, so feel free to message me to express your emotions etc if you feel the need.
I will post in this group periodically and once we have a definitive date I will be back to help us all get prepared for the launch and provide the support to help make your Body Shop business a success.
