A bit of an idea of whats to come to the store! Winnies Gf Bakery is very excited as well to be partnering and supplying our area with fantastic GF and DF foods! Easy pop in the oven dinners and food for on the go will be great for busy families like mine! Cant wait! The store is coming slowly but surely... I will keep everyone updated as to when you can start seeing the doors open ;)

Here's a bit more about whats ahead...

We have taken over the old Inkternal location on hwy 21, 5026 ON-21, Port Elgin, ON N0H 2C5.

This will be a vendor market featuring local artisans, Finders Keepers Consignment Clothing, and Carters Gluten Free Shoppe.

Carter's Gluten Free Shoppe will be one of the vendors and we are partnering with an incredible bakery from the city who will be providing frozen DF and GF options such as entrees, pot pies, take home and bake, breads and buns! And of course I will still be baking our delicious Gf goods as well and supplying an assortment of GF home made ice creams. 😉

In the summer we plan on bringing in fresh local produce and have vendor markets.

We are extremely excited for what is to come and open this exciting new chapter and hope to do a soft open for April 1st.
