Art Emporium Port Stanley - Boathouse Gallery and Gift Boutique

Art Emporium Port Stanley - Boathouse Gallery and Gift Boutique Art Gallery & Gift Boutique - handmade by Regional Artists. We offer paintings in all media, photography, textile art, and sculpture.

The Art Emporium of Port Stanley is located on the harbour front in a village, which is already a popular destination for art enthusiasts. We feature a quaint Gift Boutique featuring local artisan-hand crafted goods and the Boathouse Gallery offering a visual feast of original fine art by regional artists. This volunteer run gallery's mandate is to offer affordable display space to regional emerging and established artists. To support each of our member artists with promotional material, advertising, and a web presence. To offer space for our members to teach classes and workshops, and to help them to sell their work while continuing to develop and improve their skills.

“ But nobody is visually naive any longer. We are cluttered with images, and only abstract art can bring us to the threshold of the divine.”

Artists are taking over the village this Saturday! Enjoy interactions with some of our local artists as they'll be out and about capturing the beautiful views en plein air during the Harvest Heist Art Scavenger Hunt. Dress up, hunt for treasure, enjoy activities for the kids and entertainment from Elvis as you have fun and explore all that autumn has to offer in Port Stanley. Nearly 30 small local businesses will be participating. If you haven't already registered for the fun (it's all free, as is parking) please get in touch with the Art Emporium Port Stanley - Boathouse Gallery and Gift Boutique to sign up. See you Saturday!

We've got so many fun events planned for the ART HEIST in Port Stanley next Saturday! In addition to the big scavenger hunt to win cash prizes, we've got face painting and balloons with Miranda's Be-You-tiful Face Painting/ Karaoke taking place in Glover Park from 12-2. It's all FREE thanks to a generous donation from the Kiwanis Club of Port Stanley, Ontario. If you haven't signed up to participate in the Scavenger Hunt and would like to (it's also free!) please contact the Art Emporium Port Stanley - Boathouse Gallery and Gift Boutique and follow this page Beyond the Beach: Port Stanley Small Business Collective for updates.
