At Shades of Balloons we love showing the process behind the magic🥹

This entire setup came together in under 2 hours on site but the real secret is prepping 🎈

Most of the prep work was already done back at the shop beforehand, from organizing colors and sizing balloons to prepping key sections of the design. That preparation helps setup days run smoother, faster, and more efficiently.

People usually only see the final result, but there’s so much planning, prep, and teamwork that happens behind the scenes to bring everything together!
