We’re teaming up with this small batch, women run business to offer you herbal medicine, botanical face care products and so much more, every Friday 10 am - 7pm!

You can currently shop from
☕️ Thursdays 7:30 am - 4 pm serving Coffee, Cinnamon Buns and Scones
🍪 Sundays 1 pm - Sundown serving Cookies, bars, bread and other Artisanal farm stand goods
Located south of town where Donkersley and Douglas Bay Rd meet.

Today was a wonderful day at work!
I took a mid day break for some therapy with ! Then I came back to work with a stronger center. .design came and helped me bottle and package a bunch of goods for the market tomorrow and Sunday .gardencentre 11-3pm!
I bottled some new formulas… Flower Essences.
They heal the spirit and soul. I’m focusing on healing trauma and supporting the heart chakra and feeling warm and safe to be in your body.

Smoked Fir Bitters!
Where do my recipes come from?
When I first started making medicine, most of my recipes came from or
As my understanding grew for formulating I started to design recipes using my intuition.
Here’s a recipe I designed last night, Smoked Fir Bitters for the upcoming Spring Detox Season. Today I added Milk Thistle and more burdock to it to make a bigger batch.
Tomorrow My Foundations of Herbal Medicine Workshop Series begins. We start with Tea Blending, a wonderful place to explore herb ratios and various herb combining. I will first ask everyone to draw a card from my herbiary deck that we’ll make into tea and go from there.
I’m so excited to teach again.
