If you’ve shopped the Prescott Farmers’ & Crafters’ Market over the years, you probably already know Brenda from B’s Bubbles.

Last weekend, she made the move into the Coral Cottage at the Pop-Ups, where she’ll be set up for the rest of the season with her handmade soaps, bath bombs, body care, candles and more.

It’s a natural next step for a longtime local maker, and a good reason to stop in and see what’s new this weekend.

Saturday, August 22 starts with Brian McAuley, live at the Prescott Pop-Ups & Prescott Farmers' & Crafters' Market from 11 AM–2 PM — music by the river while you browse the Market, grab lunch, explore the Pop-Ups and settle into the Shore.

Then let the day unfold.

Wander the Downtown Prescott RiverWalk District, spend the afternoon by the St. Lawrence, and come back together at 7 PM as the waterfront becomes our gathering place for CBC and The Tragically Hip present “The Tragically Hip: A National Celebration.”

From a local musician on the waterfront stage to one of Canada’s great shared musical moments on the big screen — it’s a full day of Spirit.
