I have escaped my store for the day! I am in Montreal shopping for a wedding dress. My bride wanted a floral for her botanical wedding and I was out of that option.

If you are coming in to shop at Once@426 today please exercise your kindness and patience as my men, Gerry and Jared man the store. It is a privilege these days to wander out so please don’t scare them off.

Dress in the bag I am going to head to the Museum of architecture in Old Montreal and I promised myself a flavourful lunch for myself to make up for all the hard boiled eggs and Greek yogurt I have been eating.

***UPDATE: Saturday’s Family Fun Zone and Live Music Are Moving Indoors***

The weather may be shifting, but the fun is still on in Downtown Prescott this Saturday, June 6.

The Family Fun Zone and live music with Peyton Marriner are moving indoors to Prescott Town Hall. Join us from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for family-friendly activities and a live performance from one of Prescott’s rising local talents.

The OPP Golden Helmets Precision Motorcycle Team performance will still take place as scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on King Street near the Clock Tower.

Saturday, June 6
11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. — Family Fun Zone and Peyton Marriner at Prescott Town Hall
