It is a time like this that we are so proud to be part of the awards business.
In June alone we have seen major events like the NBA Finals, Stanley Cup Finals and of course the start of the World Cup!
All these athletes have something in common.
They were once children with a dream!

Recognizing accomplishments for youth and adult sports is the foundation of Van Horlick's. That is how it all started in 1969. It is still such a fundamental part of our business. We will forever be an awards business at heart!

Sport brings people together, it creates character, community and ignites passion in both the athletes and the fans.
We wanted to acknowledge all the local athletes from School Sports to Community Sports who are giving it their all and who are participating, competing and loving sport like we do!

Well it has been a wild week and we are beyond proud of our team!

We completed numerous large award awards for schools, sports and corporate events all with challenging deadlines.
We engraved a record amount of personalized gifts for Graduations, Weddings, Retirements and other occasions.

We showed up with smiles, expertise and with care for our customers.

And we showed up for eachother! Working a ton of hours but doing it together.

We celebrated two Birthdays; Lisa's our calm intelligent leader and Dezirai's our Shiny sales expert who always keeping things upbeat and positive.
And of course Mabel was there for moral support and Birthday Kisses!!

We are ready for another busy week ahead helping our customers celebrate big events and accomplishments!

This Saturday we will be sampling Provisions Food Company jams and cocktail mixes.
The jams are delicious and we have both sweet and savory. Apparently the maple bacon is amazing on hamburgers....sounds like a perfect gift for Dad!

The cocktail mixes are absolutely perfect for entertaining and creating fun cocktails....sounds like the perfect thing to have at a Bridal Shower!
