New caramel alert!

What can I say? When the inspiration strikes, I just go with it. Introducing Caramel Macchiato: vanilla caramels with mocha chocolate on the base and swirled on top, and a piece of white chocolate inside! Available this Saturday at the Q3!

Did you know that all of my chocolate is gluten free? Well, I also feature a few flavours that are dairy free (vegan) too! I use cocoa butter and coconut oil for the base, then sweeten it with Roger’s icing sugar and flavouring oils. Due to ingredient cost they are 100g instead of the typical 150g of my other chocolates, but that keeps them at $10 or 3 for $25, and can be mixed and matched for the sale price.

Currently I have vegan versions of Dark Mint Delight and Raspberry Lemon Twist, but any of my traditional flavours can be made to order (minimum 3 bags).

Lemon cheesecake caramel with pistachio nuts, delicately covered in ribbons of blueberry white chocolate.
