Happy Hump Day folks!

Today we have some exciting news... WE HAVE FOLIO SOCIETY BOOKS!🎉 Folio Society is a group that makes beautifully designed and illustrated copies of some of your favourite books!📚

We had a wonderful person drop off their collection for us to sell. We can't order in these books, so get the ones we have as fast as you can!🏎💨 If you have any questions about what we have, ask one of our lovely booksters. We have a catalogue to give out to anyone who asks. We hope to see you with some beautiful books.🌼💛

Today we have yet another staff introduction!! 🌈

If you’ve ever seen a bookster crawl out of a bookshelf to give a book recommendation in the last two years it was probably Sofia. 🕷️📚

Sof loves being an ambassador to our beloved community space. That’s her official statement to management so she can keep on talking to customers about books instead of doing anything else.😉

She also pushed to get store hoodies because she believes everyone deserves to be comfortable and definitely not just because she wanted to underdress at work.

Happy June Folks! 🌸

Did you know that June is Audiobook Appreciation Month?

For all of our audiobook lovers out there we think you should use this as an excuse to shirk your responsibilities and listen to as many audiobooks as possible! 😉

We'd like to take this opportunity to mention that we are paired with an audiobook listening app called Libro.fm. Highly recommended by the staff here at Books and Co, this audiobook app is particularly cool because it supports local bookstores! 📚 If you select Books and Company as your local bookstore a portion of all of your audiobook purchases will be sent directly to Books and Company. Today we bring you a staff recommendation from the fabulous bookster Sofia! 🤩Especially popular amongst dog-lovers, Fifteen Dogs by Andre Alexis is a fascinating tale from the perspective of dogs that has a high probability of making you shed a tear. It's a touching tale great for anyone! 😊
