EEK! How is it back to school season already!! For all our adults feeling the back to school spirit - dreading it or totally nostalgic for it, here's a big pile of our favourite back to school reads right now.

Swipe for covers. Some are about Education with a capital E. Some are education memoirs, some are filled with change your life kind of lessons and insights into the world around you. Some are what we WISH WE LEARNED IN SCHOOL!

Feminist, kooky, and fascinating thrillers and horror books are having a total moment and we are loving it! Here are some of our current favs that have had us laughing and spooked in the same breath.

1. S*x worker turned government assassin unravelling a government conspiracy. Think Gone Girl level twists and turns with some glamour and political intrigue

2. In this Korean bestseller a possessed giant teddy bear and a young woman team up for revenge against the perpetrators of a mass poisoning.

3. Wedding season is upon us. Wedding planning can be a nightmare... especially when your wedding venue may be haunted? Think Say Yes to the Dress meets Rosemary's Baby. Yes, exactly.

One of the many wonderful things about continuing Robin's legacy here on Quadra is being a source of incredible out of print books!

We had the pleasure of a visit from children's author E.G. Alaraj this summer! Come on in and check out her beautiful book, My Language is a Garden. It's signed and absolutely stunning. All about the beauty and connection sharing language can be.
