TURAYA MOVE was my mother's name.
A woman who gave everything to everyone she loved and almost nothing to herself.
I watched her do that my whole life.
And without realising it... I became her.
Always the last one to eat.
Always the last one to rest.
Always putting myself at the bottom of my own list.
Then I became a mother.

And I looked at my daughter really looked at her and I thought... what am I teaching her?
That's when everything changed.
Not overnight. Not easily.
But I decided that if I wanted her to grow up strong, I had to show her what that looked like.
TURAYA MOVE was born from that fight.
The fight to reclaim my health, my confidence, my body - While staying true to who I am.
