Our Women’s Business Support Officer, April, was honoured to attend the Canoe Ceremony and Welcome from the Host Nations at the Indigenous Women in Industry Summit, co-hosted by NACCA and Rise Global and thoughtfully organized by Rachael Petero.

Joining her were two of ANTCO’s valued clients and inspiring Indigenous women entrepreneurs, Jessica McNabb, Owner of BarnYard Fabric Shoppe, and Kylee Street, Owner of Relentless Mechanical. The summit provided a valuable opportunity to connect with other Indigenous women leaders, share experiences, build relationships, and celebrate the achievements and contributions of Indigenous women in business and industry.

Held on the traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations, the welcoming ceremony showcased the strength and beauty of Indigenous cultures while emphasizing the importance of community, collaboration, and reconciliation. 🧡🛶✨
