This year, Frank Tuchscherer celebrates an incredible 56 years in the ag equipment business.
Over those years, Frank has experienced the industry from just about every angle, as a business owner, store manager and sales professional. He’s watched equipment and technology transform, the way we connect with customers evolve and the business grow. But through all that change, some of the things that matter most have stayed the same.
We sat down for a coffee with Frank and asked him to look back on a few of those 56 years. ☕
What has changed the most in the industry?
Technology and the speed that the changes are made to equipment. The farming practices are totally different in some ways but still very much the same.
🤝 What hasn’t changed?
The passion farmers have for what they do. They ask a lot of their equipment and us dealership partners, but they value knowledgeable people who help keep them moving.

💭 What’s something about the business 50 years ago that younger employees or customers today wouldn’t believe?
That I have been involved with 3rd and 4th generations of farm families. I look to young for that! 😁
