Have you ever looked at a vinyl decal and thought, “That looks easy to make?” 😊

The truth is, there’s a lot more that goes into each decal than most people realize!

Every decal starts with designing. Whether it’s creating a design from scratch or preparing a customer’s idea, I spend time on my phone and computer making sure everything is sized, adjusted, and ready to cut properly.

Once the design is complete, it’s sent to my cutting machine. Then comes the most time-consuming part of the entire process: weeding. This means carefully removing all the excess vinyl while leaving behind only the finished design. The more detailed the decal, the longer this process takes. Tiny lines, small letters, and intricate details require patience and precision to make sure the final product looks picture-perfect.

Sometimes things don’t always go as planned. If a design is too small or has too much detail, the machine may not cut it properly before I can even touch it, which means reworking the design or starting over. Not every design works the first time, and some require adjustments, testing, and multiple attempts before they’re ready.

Another thing many people don’t see is the amount of trial and error that goes into choosing materials. Not all vinyl brands are created equal. I’ve spent countless hours testing different products, learning what works best, and finding the highest-quality materials so I can provide the best possible decals for my customers.

And while all of this takes time, patience, and attention to detail, I do my best to keep my decals super affordable. My goal is to provide high-quality custom work at prices that are fair and accessible, because I believe everyone should be able to bring their ideas to life without breaking the bank.

Behind every decal is designing, cutting, testing, weeding, quality-checking, and sometimes starting over—all to make sure you’re receiving something I’m proud to put my name on.

Throttle Therapy 🧡

One of my favourite things about having a creative business is being able to make meaningful gifts for the people I love.

For Father’s Day, I made this custom sweater for my husband, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. ❤️

💙 Boy mom club 💙

One of my favourite things about creating custom items is being able to turn them into meaningful gifts.

Now that our wedding has come and gone, I wanted to share some of the things I made myself for our special day. 💛

If you’ve noticed I’ve been a little quiet on social media these past few months, this is one of the biggest reasons why! Between planning a wedding and spending countless hours creating all the little details, there wasn’t much time left for posting.

From personalized décor and custom signs to gifts, keepsakes, and special touches throughout the day, so much of our wedding was handmade. It was a lot of work, but seeing everything come together made every late night and every project worth it.

Being able to create things with my own hands and add personal touches to one of the most important days of our lives made the whole experience even more meaningful. Looking back, I’m proud of everything I was able to make and grateful for all the love and support we received along the way.

✨ A Little Introduction & Life Update ✨

To all of my followers,

First, I want to say thank you for being here and supporting my small business. ❤️

I know I haven’t been posting much over the last few months, and I wanted to take a moment to explain why—and properly introduce myself to those of you who may not know me yet.

Hi! I’m Samantha, but most people call me Sam.

This spring was one of the busiest and most exciting times of my life. I married the love of my life over the May long weekend after being together for 11 wonderful years. We also have four amazing kids together, who keep us on our toes every single day and will always be my number one priority.

Right after our wedding, we were lucky enough to spend our honeymoon in Aruba, which was truly the trip of a lifetime. Since coming home, it’s been a whirlwind of settling back into everyday life, finishing up the school year, and now enjoying summer with all four kids home full-time. Life has been wonderfully busy, but it hasn’t left me with much time for social media.

So, why did I start this business?

Simply put, because I love creating.

There is something so special about a handmade, custom item that was made specifically for you. I love taking someone’s idea and turning it into something they can enjoy, gift, display, or use every day—all while keeping it affordable.

I’ve been crafty for as long as I can remember. Whether it’s creating something from my imagination or finding inspiration from others, I genuinely love bringing ideas to life. Being creative has always been one of my favorite ways to express myself.

I’ve had my Cricut for about 7 years now, and I’m still amazed by everything it can do. Every day I learn something new, discover a new technique, or find a new project to try. While decals are definitely my specialty (because who doesn’t love a great sticker or custom decal?), that’s just the beginning of what I can create.

I can make custom decals, apparel, signs, keychains, cards, banners, and so much more. I’ve painted murals, worked on canvas projects, and lately I’ve been having a blast creating hand-painted paper banners for friends and family. Every project is a little different, and that’s exactly what I love about it.

At the heart of it all, this business is about helping people bring their ideas to life. Whether you have a fully planned-out design or just a rough idea in your head, I’d love to help create something special for you.
