I absolutely LOVE weddings. From the bridal bouquet and the little sentimental details to the big statement pieces, I love getting to know my couples and creating florals that feel like them. Your flowers shouldn’t just be pretty, they should tell a little piece of your story. 🤍

To my Grade 9 art teacher who told me I wasn’t creative enough…

Turns out I just wasn’t meant to draw a bowl of fruit 😂

Because somehow that girl who “wasn’t creative enough” grew up, started a floral business and now gets to create some pretty freaking cool things with flowers.

Bouquets, arches, centrepieces, installations and all the random ideas that pop into my head that I somehow have to figure out how to make happen 🤣

It’s actually funny how something someone says to you when you’re 14 can stick with you for YEARS.

Maybe I wasn’t creative in the way you thought I should be… I just hadn’t found flowers yet 💗

I have the next three weeks off from weddings, which is going to feel so weird after such a busy summer, but honestly, I’m looking forward to the little reset. A surprise mini vacay from my husband, a girls’ weekend next week, and then celebrating a family wedding over the September long weekend. 🥂💕

Then it’s back to the flowers, but this time with golden hour, fall colours, cozy vibes and all the autumn magic. 🍁✨
