When someone you love is struggling, you carry things most people never see.

The worry.
The fear.
The sleepless nights.
The uncertainty.
The feeling that you’re always waiting for the next phone call.

So much of your heart and energy can become focused on the person you love that somewhere along the way, you forget that you need care, too.

On September 26th at 7:00 PM, you’re invited to join us for a small, intimate Sound Healing Experience created especially for those who love someone struggling with addictions, mental illness, trauma

For this time, you don’t need to fix anything.

You don’t need to have the answers.

You don’t need to explain your story.

And you don’t need to be the strong one.

You simply get to receive. 🤍

You’ll be invited to lie down, get comfortable and allow yourself to be surrounded by the beautiful sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drum and other therapeutic sounds, along with gentle energy healing.

✨ Why Sound Healing?

Sound and vibration can create a beautiful environment for deep relaxation and may help you:

* Calm a busy or racing mind
* Reduce feelings of stress and overwhelm
* Release physical tension
* Feel more grounded and present
* Enter a deeply meditative, restful state
* Create space to reconnect with yourself

No previous experience with sound healing or meditation is needed.

Come exactly as you are.
