Tonight, I'm having the last of our GF crepe batter for supper.

I happened to have Prosciutto, Goat Cheese, and Spring mix in the fridge. Nah, just kidding. I bought them because this crepe idea somehow got into my head 🤣 But... I didn't have red onion, tomato, or honey for the Balsamic glaze. Superstore's closed 😭 I miss when they used to open until 11 pm.

I guess I'll have to try again tomorrow when I'll try to get all the other ingredients.

In case you didn't know So Tealicious is ran by a single person - that's ME 🤪

I'm HR. I'm Marketing. I'm Inventory Manager. I'm Graphic Designer. I'm the Media person. I'm the worker. You name it.

Also, I'm working a 8-5 Mon to Fri job. I'm a mother of 2 - thanks goodness for my hubby's help.

I wanted to do pop-up at Farmer Market and Sidewalk events.

I wanted to do birthday/wedding drink catering.

Many ideas died before they even started. 💀😔💭

Sometimes I wish I can split into 2 😉
...and one thing I notice lately this brain of mine got overwhelmed and overstimulated very easy. Probably because too many things it's thinking about 😅

Happy to say that it's a success for this GF crepe batter 😘

Now, I'm testing on Flavours. Today, i tried Egg, Ham Cheese Spinach. Thumbs up from my Bestea Laura and my staff.

For sweet ones, I got Caramel Banana and Strawberry Nutella so far.

What else should I do?
