What does it take to run our fourth annual bake sale exactly? In short, a LOT! But we love it 🥰
We make everything by scratch, and by hand. Yes, even rolling out and laminating hundreds of croissants.
It takes almost 100 hours of preparation for our mighty kitchen team of Paisley and I, culminating into one epic day.
To be able to share our passion with you, and raise money for great local organizations means the world to us.
This year was even smoother than the last too if you can imagine. Not only did I have my amazing husband by my side as always, but Jen and Lindsey were upfront packaging and ringing you through, while my mom and sister volunteered again to help keep everything stocked! Together, we all created something truly special!
It was so nice to chat and see many familiar faces. I hope you all enjoyed your pastries!
