The Evil Eye…..Despite its slightly ominous name, the Evil Eye symbol isn’t evil at all. It is traditionally worn or displayed as protection against the “evil eye”…ya know…the stink eye. lol. (jealousy, envy, ill wishes and unwanted energy directed toward you)

Say for instance, you are down in the dumps. It stinks, flies circling, garbage everywhere you look.
If we focus on the garbage we may be missing something amazing hidden away in the dumpster fire we believe our life is.

If you look closely at this picture you will find a treasure…a gently used ride!! Still runs and flies!
With a little polishing and cleaning I now have a nice way to fly up and away from the trashy situation I was in!!

This beautiful Goniatite fossil from Morocco carries a story that began hundreds of millions of years ago, long before the dinosaurs ever walked the Earth.

Goniatites were ancient marine creatures related to modern squid, octopus, and nautilus.

Little Known Facts About Goniatites

Goniatites lived approximately 390–250 million years ago.

They are among the oldest spiral-shelled cephalopods ever discovered.

Unlike ammonites, scientists identify goniatites by the unique patterns where the shell walls meet the outer shell….tiny details hidden within the fossil itself.

If you look closely at this piece and you’ll notice not just one fossil, but many smaller fossil impressions hidden throughout the stone, creating a miniature prehistoric seascape.
