Today is Hayley’s last day with Wholehearted Crystal Creations, and I don’t quite know how to put three years of gratitude into one post.
Hayley is very much a part of the raft keeping everything afloat. She basically runs my life 😂. I can relax and breathe knowing she has things covered, and I’m pretty sure she’s better at my job than I am, haha.
How she has impacted my life goes so far beyond work. She’s my confidant, my secondhand homie, and someone who sees me for me. She’s helped me grow in ways I never expected when I hired someone to help with my business.
When I think about the ways in which Inhave grown, this one moment comes to mind: I was running around like a maniac doing 5 tasks while Hayley moved through things in her usual grounded way. I felt self-conscious and apologized, worried my energy was making her anxious.
She said, “You move how you move.”
She reminded me that i’m not responsible for how others experience me. Such a simple thing, but I felt so seen. I could take up space and do things my way without feeling like I needed to apologize for it.
I have grown in unimaginable ways, as a business owner, and as person.
Hayley, thank you. Thank you for all the ways you’ve supported this business, and all the ways you’ve supported me as a person. I’m going to miss sharing my days with you so much. 🤍
Please help me send her off on this next adventure with so much love.
