We want to be as transparent as a brand-new Nice Cube. 🧊

Thank you to everyone who participated in our first-ever online NeeDoh launch! We were absolutely blown away by the support from our local customers and NeeDoh fans across North America.

Unfortunately, a system glitch caused some items to be oversold, and we’re currently working through refunds, inventory adjustments, and customer communications to make things right.

We know this has been frustrating for some, and we sincerely apologize. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding as we navigate the squishy craze and learn from this experience.
