Shoutout to Bailey, who hit 10k in 56 minutes. We're training for her first 1/2 marathon in three weeks.

We were also joined by Danelle, Felix, and Maisie who had a blast on the 3k.

Was an honour to work on these wood medals for RunRegina – who just do such a great job.

My mental health just is on a such a high at these events.

You put everything into what you do – 100% every day. You care so much about our customers, our business, and our team.

That's why they look up to you, and why so many customer's have been touched by your work.

Tariffs come into effect tomorrow, so we will continue our plan to stop shipping to the US.

I don't want our American customers to pay 50% more for our products – paid to the very government that's been so hostile to businesses here.

But despite that... we are one of the lucky ones.

Since we make everything in-house...
And most of our materials come from Canada...
Our costs won't skyrocket.

And businesses and governments from across Canada continue to seek us out, looking for a Canadian alternative.

We will survive this.

But there are companies that won't be so lucky.
Companies that employ your friends and family.
Who support your non-profits.

It's up to us to support them.
And we will.
