10 years can change a lot.

The dreams get bigger, the lessons get deeper, and somehow you become a version of yourself you never could have imagined.

If 2016 me could see where we are now… I think she’d be pretty proud. 🤍

Time, hard work, growth, and a whole lot of figuring s**t out can change a person.

Somewhere along the way, I found my way back to myself. I learned to trust myself, believe in my ideas, and take a chance on a dream that was completely my own.

And that dream became Homeland.

Here’s to becoming her, one year at a time.

And if you have a dream of your own… don’t let go of it.

A little inspiration for the week ahead. 🤎

I love the way beautiful, functional pieces can add so much character to a space, warm copper, natural textures, sculptural shapes, and a few simple details that make the everyday feel a little more special.

These handcrafted copper mills from Thessaloniki, Greece are a perfect example. Made using traditional techniques, they’re designed to be used, enjoyed, and develop a beautiful patina over time.

Because sometimes the most beautiful things in a home are the ones you actually use.

Day 227 of my little ritual: pick up The Pivot Year by Brianna Wiest, flip to a random page, read whatever I land on.
Today’s message was about listening to the quiet nudges, the ones that aren’t fully formed yet, and trusting them enough to follow where they’re pointing.
This book has become one of my favourites to recommend in the shop too. Her books consistently fly off our shelves, there’s something about the way she writes that people keep coming back for.

If you need a sign to start your own version of this, this might be it.

Three days. No air conditioning. My whole family, sleeves rolled up, building and moving and figuring out where everything goes.

We’re making space in the store for what’s coming next, and it is very much still in progress. So if you stop in this week and I look like I’m halfway through packing up, I promise I’m not going anywhere. I’m just making room.

Some of the best things happen a little messy before they come together.
