Inventory & Online Product Assistant | On-Site + Remote
The Opportunity
• If you are looking for work that can fit around family responsibilities while giving you the opportunity to learn a valuable new skill set, this may be a great fit.
• We have a large volume of women's clothing, makeup, beauty products, shoes, jewelry and accessories, and we are looking for someone organized and comfortable with a laptop to help manage these products for our online business.
What You Will Do
• Manage and organize large-volume warehouse inventory
• Prepare products for online listings
• Upload and maintain products on platforms such as Amazon and Shopify
• Enter accurate product information, descriptions and product details
• Maintain organized inventory records
• Assist with day-to-day eCommerce operations
Requirements
• Must have a good knowledge and strong sense of current/latest fashion and beauty trends, including women's clothing, jewelry, footwear, makeup and personal care products
• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including entering and organizing data
• Comfortable operating a laptop
• Ideally Renfrew Based
• Able to handle a large volume of inventory
• Comfortable learning new software and online platforms
• Willing to learn and grow with the business
• Previous eCommerce experience is an asset, but not required

No Cold Calling. No Chasing Customers.
• This is not a traditional sales or telemarketing position.
• No cold calling
• No client chasing
• No running after customers
• No sales targets
• No Facebook Marketplace
• No Kijiji
• No social media selling
Flexible Work Arrangement
• The position can be structured as a combination of on-site and remote work. This flexibility may work particularly well for someone managing children, a household or other family commitments.
Compensation
• Base pay plus commission can be discussed depending on experience, responsibilities and overall fit.
Laptop Available If Needed
• If you do not have your own laptop, one can be provided.
Learn While You Work
• Develop hands-on experience with Amazon, Shopify, inventory management and eCommerce operations, with room to take on more responsibility and grow.

Happy Canada Day!❤️🇨🇦

Please, Please and Please...forward this to any/all the Canadian fans who will be in Houston to watch the Canada vs Morocco game.

Japanese fans and their players gained global respect when people saw them clearing the stadium after the match (even when they lost the knock out game against Brazil). Lets call that kind activity "THE Japanese Practice". Since they are out, who is the best suited country to take that baton from Japan? The Canadians.

So to all the Canadian fans who are going to watch the game, lets step up and take the Japanese Practice further and clear/clean the stadium after the match.

We are a very small company but if one of the Canadian fans in Houston can arrange and buy/distribute 1,000 or 2,000 garbage bags and disposable gloves to the Canadian fans, we will reimburse the money to that person (we are too small to use the word Corporate Sponsorship 😁)

Please Canadian fans in Houston on Saturday, let's bring the positive image of Canadian people onto the global stage and show them who we are. Thank you and everyone have a safe and fun Canada day!
