As a professional florist with over 10 years of experience, I have worked in a variety of floral settings, including weddings, corporate events, and retail shops. My extensive experience has given me a deep understanding of the nuances of floral design, including the importance of selecting the right flowers, foliage, and other materials, as well as the ability to execute complex designs with prec

ision and artistry. I’m a florist tutor too as I am excited to share my knowledge and skills with anyone who is interested in learning to build a flower arrangement. My tutoring style is tailored to individual/organizational needs and goals. Whether you are just starting out and need help with the basics, or are looking to enhance your existing skills, I am here to guide and support you. I have a great passion for working with people so my lessons are interactive, hands-on, and focused on practical application. This is to ensure you can gain confidence and mastery in floral design. I have also been featured in many different media for my flower mission that brings a positive impact to the community. My tutoring services include:
• One-on-one lessons tailored to your skill level and interests.
• Group workshops for events or teams
• Consultations for small business owners looking to start or grow their floristry business

In addition to my experience as a florist, I hold Master of Business Administration and is also a director of a flower charitable organization. Hence, I am well-versed in the business side of floristry, including pricing, sourcing materials, and marketing your services. Social Responsibility:
As a professional florist, I am committed to social responsibility and sustainable practices in all aspects of my work. I believe that the beauty of flowers should not come at the expense of our planet or the people who grow and harvest them. To that end, I prioritize the use of locally-sourced, seasonal flowers and foliage in my designs. I also strive to minimize waste by repurposing materials and composting leftover plant material. I am also committed to promoting diversity and inclusion as I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn and grow to their best, regardless of their background or circumstances. Hence, I regularly offer mentorship opportunities to individuals from underrepresented communities. I often donate after-class arrangements to care homes and non-profit organizations and events to bring joy and beauty to those who need it most. I am proud to be part of a movement towards a more sustainable, equitable, and compassionate communities. Are you looking for some new and interesting activities for your clients and/or staff, team-building initiatives, or having a special function/occasion coming up, or maybe just want to create a flower décor to amplify the welcome setting of any given space, I am happy to help. Got a bunch of Snapdragons today and decided to walk you through how to keep your snapdragons fresh, upright, and long‑lasting, from proper hydration to preventing that famous “snapdragon curve.” If you love working with flowers or want to improve your vase‑life skills, this one’s for you.

In the video, you’ll learn:
✨ How to condition snapdragons for maximum vase life
✨ Why upright hydration matters
✨ The ideal storage temperature
✨ How to prevent bending and drooping
✨ Simple steps to help them last longer!

Snapdragons are one of my favourite stems to teach because they show how much difference good care can make. With the right handling, they become strong, vibrant, and incredibly rewarding to design with.

Recently, I had a conversation with someone who is longing for a new direction in life. She wants to use her gifts, do something meaningful, and contribute to her family, but she feels unsure of where to begin.

Her words stayed with me because many of us may have experienced a similar season, a time when we feel called to create, to serve, or to step into something new, yet we cannot see the path clearly ahead.

As a flower artist, I have learned that every bloom has its own timing. A seed does not become a flower overnight. It needs patience, care, light, and the right environment to grow. Perhaps our own journey is the same. God is gently shaping us, even in seasons when we feel uncertain.

I would like to share this prayer with anyone who is searching for direction, courage, or a fresh beginning:

Jeremiah 29:11
*For I know well the plans I have in mind for you, plans for your welfare and not for woe, so as to give you a future of hope.*

May God send His Holy Spirit to guide our hearts, give us wisdom to recognize the opportunities He places before us, and courage to take the next small step.

May we trust that, like a flower waiting to bloom, God’s timing is always beautiful. 🌸
