NEEDZ. Legacy Member Benefit Update
With the launch of the new NEEDZ. online store and the NEEDZ. Points loyalty program, we are gradually transitioning our previous membership benefits into the new online membership system.
During the remaining validity period of your Legacy Membership, our goal is to preserve the overall value of your existing benefits while introducing NEEDZ. Points as a long-term loyalty benefit.
Effective now through December 31, 2026, Legacy Member benefits will work as follows:
- In-Stock Products: Eligible in-stock products will continue to receive the existing 20% Legacy Member discount, consistent with the previous membership benefit. The Legacy Member price cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, bonus point multipliers, or other promotional offers. However, eligible amounts actually paid will continue to earn standard Base Points.
- Full-Payment Pre-orders: Receive the current 10% Full-Payment Pre-order discount, plus additional NEEDZ. Points equal to 10% of the product MSRP, along with standard Base Points earned on the eligible purchase amount.
- Deposit Pre-orders: The product remains at MSRP. Legacy Members will receive Legacy Bonus Points equal to 20% of the product MSRP in total. A portion of the bonus will be awarded during the pre-order process, with the remaining portion issued after the balance has been fully paid. Eligible amounts actually paid will also continue to earn standard Base Points.
- Legacy Bonus Points will be added directly to your NEEDZ. account and may be redeemed toward future eligible purchases according to the standard NEEDZ. Points terms.
For example, for a pre-order product with an MSRP of C$100:
Full-Payment Pre-order
You pay C$90 and receive C$10 worth of Legacy Bonus Points, plus your regular Base Points.
Deposit Pre-order
The total purchase price remains C$100. Once the pre-order has been fully completed, you will have received a total of C$20 worth of Legacy Bonus Points, plus your regular eligible Base Points.
This transition is designed to preserve the value of your existing Legacy Membership while gradually moving pre-order benefits into the new NEEDZ. Points system. In-stock purchases will continue to receive the existing Legacy Member price, while pre-order benefits will transition into a combination of price savings and NEEDZ. Points.
Legacy Member transition benefits will remain available through December 31, 2026. Beginning in 2027, NEEDZ. will move fully to the new membership tier and NEEDZ. Points system.
